Exchange and Returns Policy
We appreciate your business and endeavor to provide quality garments. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the garments if there’s any problem with your order.

You can either exchange it for another item of the same cost, or return it for a refund. Refund of the original cost of such garment/s will be given, excluded postage, handling, and all other associated fees. Returned items must include original Cumbungi swing tag. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. In order for us to process your return/exchange properly, please include the receipt provided and be sure to identify your reason for return, as well as the course of action to be taken (exchange or refund). Please allow up to three weeks for us to process your return. If garments are incorrectly ordered or the order is cancelled after they are shipped, freight is at your cost plus a $10.00 (+GST) restocking fee.

Cumbungi endeavors to describe our garments as accurate as possible. When viewing our garments via the internet, please keep in mind that the items may appear larger or smaller in pictures, as we tried to show as much details of the garment as possible, please always check the sizes and garment description. Colours shown on your monitor may also be different from the actual colour of the product. These are out of our control, therefore we do not accept returns for the above reasons. Please select items carefully, we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
